Review of Tempeh (original) - Henry's Tempeh by svraphael88

I bought some #tempeh so I could make a protein-packed ceasar salad. I wanted to use the tempeh as the #bacon.

I marinated it in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and some hoisen.

I got it from Food Basics for $3.50.

I was able to create 4 meals from this.

I also used #tofu to make the sauce...review coming next!
