Slightly gritty as with most gluten-free bakes. Personally felt it had a strange aftertaste despite the packaging saying it contained no artificial colours or flavours. Would have preferred this to be more moist and gooey, perhaps with chunks of banana! P.S. Nature's Kitchen is an in-house vegan brand by Coles Supermarket.
