This consisted of meaty and authentic-tasting 🐮-free beef braised in a lively, sweet, and savory lemongrass, ginger, and garlic 🐟-free sauce. Served over fragrant steamed rice with pickled carrots and daikon, and fresh cucumbers, and topped with scallion oil and drizzled with 🐟-free sauce. It was fantastic. (Gluten-free)
