I am unsure about the name of this desert. It is a plant-based icecream plus crispy banana. Omg. It feels so good. You get two banana crispy "fingers" with an icecream with the topping (caramel, I think). Bananas are warm. When combined wtih ice-cream, it feels so good. Personally, I think fried bananas are hard to make if you want them to turn out good. I have tried it many times but so far this one was the best. It would usually be like a rotten banana but this one was amazing. Icecream is okay. It is nothing you did not have before but this combination makes it perfect. I wish they had more plant-based deserts but they have only two, at least at this location.
