This is a good cream cheese alternative made with cashew milk . It has the little sour note of cream cheese , soy free , cruelty free , nonGMO, palm oil free. . This us a great alternative with limited ingredients . Some of the other alternatives have s mile long if ingredients. So this is nice s little expensive but good . I purchased this at Whole Foods.
