My new favorite healthy vegan option near the abillion office in Singapore 🇸🇬🌞

I’ve been getting more and more into tempeh lately and the tempeh here was delicious, not too dry, not too dense, but airy and crispy and tender and oh so good.

The #carboholic in me was saying get the sushi rice but I went with spinach for the base. I’m so proud of myself lol 😂 but really this was just perfect in every way!
