Baby spinach is the only green my boyfriend enjoys, therefore I always have it on hand. This usually culminates in me eating a full bag of spinach myself at the end of the week, but since I enjoy it too I can’t complain. I best enjoy it sautéed as a side or mixed in with a dish but I also like it raw on sandwiches or in salads too.
