Green Velvet en Pastan Barbican — Reseña de amanda (14 jun 2023)

Pea & shallot ravioli dressed with salsa verde, peas and deep fried asparagus. I thought this was a bit more unique and interesting than your average pasta dish, especially the deep fried #asparagus. The flavour was ok, but lacking a bit of depth to be completely honest. Good but not great and I would not order it again. 🌱
