I purchased these burgers out of curiosity, as I had never before seen this variety nor tried any products from this brand. Veganpoint.net also had them on offer, so I was all in!
The taste is pretty good, with a barbecue-like flavor throughout. The texture was a little on the tough side, but I also made them in the skillet and the instructions were for oven baking. The nutrition gets high marks, high in protein and low in fat, despite an ingredients list that seemed a bit long. And kudos to a simple, recyclabe cardboard packaging - no plastic! I would recommend giving these a try 😊
