Okay, this was one of the most #creative dishes I have ever had!

It was a stuffed #morel mushroom in the style of a stuffed #jalapeño popper!!! You read that correctly!! It was stuffed with Koji rice and then breaded and fried. It was on a bed of spicy green sauce and a saffron yellow sauce.

I dipped the morel in the #sauce and the textures and flavours were so reminiscent of a jalapeño popper! It was #surreal! How #brilliant!

The 5 course meal was $130 after tax and tip.
