This isn't for everyone but if you're okay with sacrificing the taste and texture of traditional wheat pasta for something healthier, this is an excellent alternative. Clean ingredients and good amount of protein. My trick is to undercooked this slightly before reaching al dente, and then cooking it out finally for a minute or two in the sauce. If overcooked, it becomes too soft and gummy. I do not like eating this one without a flavourful sauce (I.e. like not in pasta salads).
I buy the value size box when it goes on sale at Costco.
