Wholegrain rice served with fried eggplant cutlet, as well as chunks of potato, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli in sweet Japanese-style curry sauce. Tasty but very filling and high in carbs; would have preferred part of the starchy veg to be switched to monkeyhead mushrooms or some kind of beancurd for protein!
