Kale Caesar Salad en Buddy’s Steaks — Reseña de pdxveg (27 may 2023)

This consisted of fresh chopped kale, red cabbage, scallions, fennel, hempseed/cashew parmesan, crunchy roasted chickpeas, julienned carrots, and rich, creamy, tangy, and savory house-made vegan Caesar dressing. This generously sized salad was full of flavor, refreshing, and nourishing, and went wonderfully with the hoagie.
