Savory Waffle en The Sweet Hereafter — Reseña de pdxveg (21 may 2023)

This consisted of a corn waffle with crisp edges that was pleasantly chewy and fluffy inside topped with a lovely seasonal veggie hash including potatoes, yellow and zucchini squash, asparagus, and microgreens in an herbaceous mushroom demi-glace made with oyster and cremini mushrooms. It was delicious, hearty, and gluten-free.
