eggplant sandwich & ceasar salad en Café Frida — Reseña de maryanarch (20 may 2023)

I just came back from a convention in Trois-Rivières and my brother-in-law introduced me to an absolutely fantastic vegan 🌱 restaurant: Café Frida.
We chose 4 different dishes which we shared. I can only recommend this wonderful place founded by a feminist and animal lover.
An obligatory detour if you pass by Trois-Rivières.
This dish was delicious 🤤 and I’m still drooling over the kale Cesar salad 🥗!!!!
