Lasagne en Genesis Vegan Restaurant — Reseña de Pei Shan (18 may 2023)

Overall filling and a lot of flavour. The pasta sheets are soft. I did not find it super delicious, I like that they used lentils which are healthy healthy! I would prefer a bit more cheese flavour to it, could not taste it from the top - maybe it just does not have vegan cheese.

The side salad does serve as a good side to balance the dish.
