Lemon Ginger Tea en Chia Vegan Restaurant — Reseña de Tessa (16 may 2023)

Just a hot tea to warm up my tropical body here in Peru! It was nice with the mint and lime but the ginger didn't come through because they just poured hot water over it. I thought everyone knew that ginger needs a boiling to extract the flavours and benefits! Oh well, it was a very nice presentation with the ginger pieces on a skewer! 🙂
