Éclair au chocolat en Cloud Cakes — Reseña de Jeanne (15 may 2023)

This chocolate éclair must be the only vegan one I have ever seen on a menu, and really, it doesn’t disappoint! So happy Cloud Cakes offers this option for vegans to enjoy a good old french pastry!

The filling is yummy, even though I found the cream to be slightly too thick compared to (what I remembered of) traditional éclairs. Still, this is yummy :) As for the dough, it was rather thin, and had both a nice texture and taste.
