Totally blown away by this delicious burrito bowl from Café Manna! It tasted as good as it looks.

Shredded romaine and kale form the base of this bowl. The other ingredients include cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, roasted sweet corn, jackfruit asada, avocado and guajillo salsa. All this is topped off with jalapeños, avocado-lime dressing and microgreens.

I especially loved the jackfruit asada! The bowl was a bit pricey at $18, but I got 3 meals out of it so that made it a decent value in the end. Highly recommend!
