Cannelloni vegan en Km. O — Reseña de bessiebean (14 may 2023)

Cannelloni has never been my first choice of pasta - but was curious as to how the ricotta would be mimicked so ordered this. The plating of this dish is so beautiful - really careful piped lines of ‘cheese sauce’, spinach & tomato.
