A gluten free slice of pistachio that is a mix between pistachio cream and pistachio cake. The vanilla whip on top is not only a nice decoration but also lightens the flavour a bit. The pistachio cream is reminiscent of white chocolate with bits of pistachio inbetween. The biscuit itself contains pistachios as well and gives the slice a bite. However, it does add a slight bitterness that evens out the flavours. For CHF 9.50 very expensive, but it is quite a large slice. If you're a fan of pistachio, this is well worth it!
