Tanjia en Broc The Kasbah — Reseña de bessiebean (10 may 2023)

The theatre of this dish was special - we were told it was a masculine and how it was cooked in a pot different to the tagine (which coincidentally is feminine). We had to turn the pot upside down and slowly lift it off the plate in spirals to reveal the contents. Green beans, peas, courgette & a lemon.
