Review of 𝒞𝑅𝒜𝐵𝒮 at Black Water Bar by pdxveg
This consisted of a hearts of palm and garbanzo based 🦀 cake with rich, creamy, and tangy house-made tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomato on a bun. The 🌱-based 🦀 cake was delicious, with a strikingly similar look, flaky texture, and flavor as the animal-derived version. Served with Cajun fries sprinkled with herbs that had a satisfying amount of 🔥.
