Organic Girl Baby Spring Mix is great for salads but I also use it as a topping on sandwiches, wraps and burritos. The packaging is not only recyclable but already recycled. Super healthy because it's a huge mix of green leaf, tango, baby spinach, baby red oak leaf, baby red chard, baby green chard, lolla rosa, arugula, mizuna, baby bok choy, tatsoi, baby red leaf, red butter, and green butter which can vary by season.
