I always eat bran in the mornings with my oats. I just sprinkle it on top of my oats mixed with a few raisins.
I had never tried this brand but I noticed its a lot cheaper than other brands of bran so i bought it. An added bonus is that it comes with pro biotics.
Will definately buy this brand again
