This Pizza Week special consisted of San Marzano tomato sauce, cashew mozzarella, savory, herby, vegan Italian sausage, and pickled red peppers on a pleasantly charred crust with crisp, bubbly edges. Brightly flavorful and satisfying. Available by the slice and as a whole pie.
