Lentil Sage Deli Slices are my absolute favorite plant-based "lunch meat" for sandwiches. They taste almost exactly like the Field Roast Celebration Roast except in much thinner slices and cold. They may look a bit strange straight out of the package, but that is just the texture of the lentils in the deli slices.
