The country bun is served on a toasted bagel of choice, with a seasoned "chicken-fried-steak" style vegan patty, potato wedges, and white gravy. We like it with the everything bagel! It is a little salty, but very filling and satisfying with those home-cooked country flavors. This is from a small home cooked kitchen, friendly service, they bring it to your car!
