Vegan history waffle en The Sister Brussels Café — Reseña de C. (10 abr 2023)

Nice gluten free waffle. Ingredients are vegan bacon, vegan mozzarella, avocado, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes. The vegan bacon was delicious! Cannot say the same for the avocado, which imo was not ripe, and for the mozzarella (for this, it is just my personal opinion). Something is to improve but the taste is overall nice.
