Not my favorite dish, I usually prefer bowls with more greens. The carrots and the vegan chicken were very enjoyable though. 
Ingredients: grilled marinated chick'n, ancient grains, ranchero beans, smokey grilled carrots, avocado, pico de gallo, and roasted pepper sauce
