I was so surprised I liked this. In fact, I LOVED it. I always get a rice bowl or japchae bowl at Bibibop, but I wanted to try something new. I'm usually not a fan of #cauliflower rice at all. I usually find it has a weird texture, and it's either too hard or too soft, to crunchy, etc. This was perfect. The cauliflower tasted just like white rice and had the same texture, and it was even more like sticky sushi style rice. It had a hint of ginger as well! It is an additional $1 to your bowl to order

The rest of the bowl was customizable, I chose sesame broccoli, carrot, bean sprout, cucumber, kale, and tofu. I also topped it off with Teryaki. This ended up being $11.75, and it's a massive portion, even with the cauliflower rice. It had great flavor, and I especially loved the roasted sesame broccoli. Everything is always fresh and great quality. Their bowls are also #glutenfree, so good for those with allergies and it has a good amount of #protein It's also fast and convenient!
