Love the nutrtition I’m getting from the cous cous, cauliflower, butternut squash, red cabbage and leaves. The Tahini dressing is lovely.
My only criticism is the plastic packaging. There’s no need for the plastic bowl to be that deep, couldn’t it be reduced or better yet replaced with paper packaging like other salad boxes I’ve seen?
