Quick, easy, healthy and delicious meal!😋 great for people who are busy or don’t want to cook. The portion size for me is just right, but I could imagine for someone with a bigger appetite, that this wouldn’t be enough. This tikka massala is a little spicy, but I could handle this amount of spice
