Al Pastor Tacos en Penelope’s Vegan Taqueria — Reseña de tami (19 mar 2023)

Once we’d hammered out a date, I was elated to receive the email containing details for dinner with friends. I’d never been to Penelope’s & was excited to go. The Al Pastor tacos I ordered were equal parts sweet, tangy, spicy & delish. The restaurant itself is a small-ish, lively space - who needs dessert when the room is positively vibing with eye candy (via the murals on the walls). (Actually, one of my friends had ice cream for dessert & she enjoyed it.) None of my friends are vegan and yet, all three women loved their food. Looking forward to our next visit. 🌮
