For me the slightly rough consistency worked well.
The pastry is light but held it’s shape from the oven to the plate.
The instructions are a little confusing. They suggest that the quiche is best eaten cold, but if you do heat it up, let it go cold. Well, I took a chance, heated up and it ate it warm and enjoyed it. I guess Clive’s are just trying to cover all bases.
I was pleased to see their bold statement on the side of the packet that they want to ‘make eating animals a thing of the past. #govegan
