My friend and I decided to share a few dishes at Sepial’s Kitchen to make the most of the variety of vegan offerings on the menu. This ground mung bean and kimchi pancake is a starter — perfect for sharing between two. It is rich and tasty and comes with a yummy umami soy sauce dip.
