So this actually feels like I'm eating back bacon, the texture feels a lot more meaty and it's actually really nice - but the rashers are pretty small. Wanna try the streaky bacon next because I HOPEE it tastes like regular bacon, I'm impressed with this though :) with some salt and vegan butter tastes super good!

Used this with Oggs liquid “egg” & mushrooms to make a vegan kedgeree - worked really well instead of the conventional smoked fish
