
Tasty ee fu noodles with braised shiitake mushrooms, leafy greens, and beansprouts. I enjoyed the slightly spongy and chewy texture of the noodles! Good choice of main carb for sharing, traditionally eaten at CNY gatherings, birthday celebrations, etc festive occasions. Had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat. P.S.
