Wanted to make “ham and cheese” croissant sandwiches for my boyfriend and I couldn’t find the Tofurky ham (why are their products so spread out amongst different stores? 😭) so I decided to give this one a whirl.
It is not too bad in the context of a crossiantwich but I don’t care for this product in a cold sand which and wouldn’t recommend it for any non-vegan. The taste is a bit off and the texture is off-putting. Will finish up but not repurchase.
