Rich spicy coconut stew made using lion’s mane mushroom in lieu of soy meat! Always love dishes made using whole foods instead of meat substitutes, especially given the cognitive benefits of lion's mane mushrooms. My non-veg father saw another table having this and insisted that it looked so good we had to order it haha. It was indeed his favourite dish of the meal! I did find it a little pricey considering the small serving though. Perhaps there could have been some potato cubes included in the rendang, or the rendang could have been topped with a few pieces of their housemade crackers, to make it more value-for-money and improve the presentation too.
