Chana Masala en PUNJABI DAWAT — Reseña de K (18 feb 2023)

Chana masala is one of my absolute favourite Indian dishes, so when I saw this on the menu it was a no-brainer.

This was really tasty, and quite heavily spiced 🔥 I had asked for mild and my partner hot, thinking maybe they got the spice levels mixed up but all good! My partner had a tofu madras which was even better still, insanely rich and creamy with tofu that melted in your mouth.

This place looks unassuming from the outside, but is really nicely decorated with a cute enclosed courtyard as well. This was our first time trying Punjabi Dawat and I reckon it’s taken the lead for our favourite local Indian restaurant (we have literally SEVEN of them within a 5 min drive). Enjoyed and will be back some time.
