We saw this Primal Kitchen vegan vodka sauce at Costco and thought we’d give it a try. I used it on pasta last night and it was very good. It was thick and tomato-y with that creaminess you expect in vodka sauce, minus the cream.
I stirred some sauce into my cooked pasta to absorb into the noodles a bit and then topped with more sauce when I plated. For me, it needed a little extra kick so I added some crushed red pepper. It was a good value at Costco and I would buy it there again.
