So crispy palak (spinach) chaat is a thing in India. This place has a twist - KALE! They were more than happy to keep the yogurt on the side for my companion. It had shredded beetroot and beetroot micro greens on top, which isn’t in the original dish. Loved the crunch, and the sweet and spicy chutneys on top. Worth a try.
