This lemon curd is super delicious. It tastes very aromatic of lemons, just like I remember from my holidays in Italy. But it is neither too sour nor too sweet. It is easy to spread. It goes well with toast, but can also be stirred into yoghurts to make dessert sauce. The lemony taste gives it that extra something.
