I’ve actually been hunting for a staple liquid #protein source since I’d rather my meals be just greens & carbs.. kind of what the park cafeteria was feeding us 🤔 Minus the vegetables of course cause they don’t even make the effort on topping up on vegetables for the lack of dead animals.. 🤦♀️ ..and well, this just might make the cut for being a staple for me 😇
