1st time trying mazesoba! Noodles are really springy & chewy, followed their steo by step guide on eating mazesoba & I gotta say the vinegar really helps to elevate the flavour. Ample sauce to coat every strand of noodle & they'll give you a small scoop of rice to mix with the remaining sauce after you've finished ur noodle. Interesting!😋👍🏻
