I have finally tried paneer. After all these years. I bought it as it’s Woollies. The only difference to tofu that I note is the texture, which is actually great, and I have had most of this bowl, piping hot, from the air fryer rolled in olive oil, fresh pepper and N yeast flakes, with a fiery Mayo chili mix. #brunch A definite fridge staple, methinks
