We tried the Up In Smoke, Shiitake To Me, and Thai Hippie rolls and all were amazing! I loved the vegan smoked salmon and vegan shrimp tempura in the Up In Smoke roll, and my husband, who doesn’t even like mushrooms, loved the Shiitake to me roll (I did too). The Thai Hippie was sweet and delicious. They have an entire section of 18 fully vegan maki rolls on their menu. We can’t wait to go back and try more!
