Look - if you like your food to be as “natural” as possible, this probably isn’t going to be for you, but with a fairly good protein to carbs & fat ratio, these are my go-to when I want a change from tofu. I like these strips in a salad, with noodles or sometimes straight outta the pack or, as a snack (dunno if that’s recommended 😆).
I generally pay around $5 on special at Cole’s, Woolies have a different packaging for the chicken flavour, which is around the same price.
