This sushi place is right in the middle of the downtown Nashville scene but on the second floor so a little tough to find if it’s your first visit. I was excited to see an actual vegan section on the menu. Most sushi places have options but I haven’t seen so many vegan choices. I started with a cucumber salad, which was great. The Shiitake To Me Roll was delicious.
